UGANDA SAFARI
We first travel to Lake Mburo National Park
where we are able to view game both on foot and from
vehicles, and take an afternoon boat trip and visit
to the local fishing village. Then it is off for two days
of gorilla trekking at Bwindi National Park. Although we
cannot guarantee seeing the gorillas, in the last few years
have had excellent success. It has
been described as one of the most intense natural history
experiences on earth and will not soon be forgotten!

Price includes: Transfers from and

| Day 1: | Arrive in the morning and transfer to the Lake Victoria Hotel for a quick briefing, continue to Lake Mburo National park, lunch enroute or picnic lunch, game drive to the camp. Afternoon boat trip and visit to the local fishing village, game drive back to the camp for overnight. LD |
| Day 2: | Breakfast and game drive leaving Lake Mburo national park, heading south west through Ankole country, where we may see the Ankole cattle with their amazingly long horns, through stunning scenery to the Impenetrable Forest and the Bwindi Mantana camp. BLD |
| Day 3: | Breakfast and short drive to the park head quarters for the gorilla trek briefing prior to the gorilla trek. Trekking to the previous night’s gorilla location, the trackers then follow the spoor until the gorillas are found. This can take some time and the trekking can be strenuous due to the hilly terrain but once the gorillas are found, the arduous trek will have been worthwhile. Overnight Mantana Bwindi Camp. BLD |
| Day 4: | Second gorilla trek, over night Mantana camp. BLD. It is advisable to take waterproof clothing, fast film and mineral water on the treks. |
| Day 5: | Breakfast, drive back to Entebbe, stopping at Mbarara or some suitable place for lunch and toilet facilities, drive straight to Entebbe airport for flight out, end of services. |
